Global has a fantastic GAP Analysis scoring system that gives companies a percentage score against the entire standard. Companies are often surprised to find how much of the system they already have in place. The Global GAP Analysis system will help companies plan their implementation, as they know just how much or little they need to do.

BS855 is no different, when you breakdown the five phases most companies will be very close to achieving phase one without a great deal of effort.

The Gap Analysis normally takes the form of a half day visit to your company where we ‘audit’ the information you have already collated and read through the environmental procedures that have been documented. Using our scoring system we can show each company where they are at any given time. Once we have the score we then devise a training schedule that will enable the company/management representative to understand what is required to gain the next phase or phases.

GAP analysis will show where you are and what needs to be done to close the GAP between non and full compliance to the standard. When you are satisfied that the system has been implemented and the GAP has been closed Global can then complete the full audit.
