Certification | Assessment Process

Why Get Certified

The Application Process for this service is in two phases:

Phase 1 - Application for Quotation

In order to prepare an accurate price quotation for our services we will first need some basic details about your requirements and organization.

What you do
Step 1: Request an "Application for Quotation" - Email office@globalgroup.com.my and ask for an "Application for Quotation"

Step 2: Complete the Form - The Application Form explains how to complete the questions and what to do with it once you have completed it.

What we do
Step 3: Quote Preparation - Global will review your requirements and prepare a price quotation on the basis of the details you provided. This enables us to give fixed prices and ensure that services provided meet your requirements.

Step 4: Quote Package - Global will send you our Quote together with other relevant information and an electronic "Application for Assessment" form.

Phase 2 - Application for Assessment

What you do
Accept our Quote - To accept our Quotation and formally apply for Assessment/Certification you need only complete our "Application for Assessment".

The form has our Quotation Number on it to link your application with the prices and terms stated in the Quotation. An explanation of what to do with it once you have completed it is included on the form.

Note: If the details you initially provided in our "Application for Quotation" need to be changed then the Quotation may have to be amended accordingly.

What we do
Register you as Client - On receipt of the "Application for Assessment", Global registers you as a Global Client and gives login details for you to access the ClientNet area of our website. There you can get online information specific to your project and take advantage of the various client support services we offer.

Assign a Project Manger - We assign a Global staff member to be your dedicated Project Manager and contact person. They will then guide you through the assessment process and be responsible for coordinating arrangements for the Assessment & Certification process.
