The following information will be shown for all valid globalgroup Certificates: Registration Status (Current, Expired, Suspended, or Withdrawn), Accreditation Body (UKAS, SAAS, etc.), Company Name, Company Address, the certified standard (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001, etc.), Certificate Expiry Date, NACE Code, and Scope of Certification.

Training Certificate Check

For fraud prevention all of globalgroup’s training course certificates issued to delegates from the 19 January 2015 can now be verified on line using the certificate check system above. The following information will be displayed after typing in the certificate number: Delegate Name, Course Type, Course Location, Date of Course, Certificate Number and Serial Number.

Watermarked PaperAll globalgroup Certificates are manufactured on watermarked paper. This feature is to counteract counterfeiting and is heavy watermarked over the entire certificate.
Security Nuamistic DesignPersonalised and unique to globalgroup which provides for a visible deterrent. Created using high level bank note technology.
HologramsEach globalgroup certificate has been printed with a hologram and hologram guard to prevent tampering and colour photocopying.
Serial NumbersEach globalgroup certificate has a unique serial number. The serial number appears underneath the hologram and can be verified from the “Certification Check” area of the web site. This number has to tie up with the Client Registration Number also shown on the Client Certificate.
Heat SpotAll certificates have a heat reactive spot on the reverse to provide for instant certificate authentication.
Invisible Ultra-Violet (UV) Validation NumberEach globalgroup certificate has a UV Tracing number, which can only be seen under a UV light source. This tracking number relates to the individual traceable number from the paper production process and can be verified by contacting Global.
Micro-Invisible Nuamistic Ultra-Violet (UV) ProtectionThe best possible deterrent against counterfeiting using unique security graphics technology which guards against alteration and counterfeiting, easy to detect and virtually impossible to re-instate.

ValidationEvery valid and current globalgroup certificate can be validated using the “Certification Check” area of the globalgroup web site. All data entered that does not match the globalgroup database will be followed-up.
The Registration Number shown on the globalgroup certificate should be used to verify the certificate details. All data shown on the web site should match exactly the details on the certificate.
