The objectives of the GSM are to:
- Serve as an initial point of contact for queries to Globalgroup that are made online, or through Twitter and Facebook
- Identify and analyse any trends in client queries about new or current services
- Dissemination of information about Globalgroup’s activities to current or potential clients
- Effectively communicate company and/or accreditation body policies, including updates and changes to standards
- Engage with current and potential clients to provide support for current services, or be a knowledge base for new services.
